I don’t usually write letters. On the rare occasion when I do, it is, unfortunately, under different circumstances. However I feel compelled to write this particular letter in praise of what I consider to be a first rate operation.

I did thorough research before deciding on Native Sun. The simple fact of the matter is I could have come to the same conclusion with minimal effort. The difference between your unitized construction security doors and your competitions “assemble on site” doors is considerable. Any one with common sense can see right away why your doors are so much more secure and dependable. I also appreciate having the option of what type of paint I preferred.

I found your sales and production staff to be professional and personable. Chuck was the installer assigned to my door installation and he really knows what he’s doing. He is meticulous and his attention to detail was impressive and appreciated.

Along with many constants I experienced with Native Sun, one I would like to note is that every one I had contact with within your company spoke highly of the company and all seemed to appreciate working for Native Sun. Thank you so much. We love our doors. We shopped all of your competitors even though both of our neighbors purchased there doors from your company. What we found was exactly what our neighbors already knew. Your doors are exceptional in quality and your pricing schedule is much more affordable than the others. As a born skeptic I asked your competition why there doors cost so much more than yours. The response I usually got was “well you get what you pay for”. Asserting, I assume, that price is a barometer for quality. Well what they didn’t realize is that I’m a structural engineer and after comparison I found your doors to be superior in many ways. Every one, from our sales associate to the office personnel to your very impressive installer treated me and my wife with respect and consideration.
